Wireless bridge module for wireless connection of spatially separated DALI lines via radio
The wDALI-2 Bluetooth 5 wireless bridge makes it possible to wirelessly link two or more spatially separated DALI lines and thus ensure seamless integration and control of your lighting systems.
Thanks to the bidirectional wireless connection, it is possible to control and query devices in main and sub-DALI lines. The wireless connection is easily configured via the user-friendly DALI Cockpit PC software. The device that is connected to the DALI Cockpit can be set to master mode and searches for all other modules (slaves) within its range via radio. The slaves can then be assigned to the master via the Cockpit. Once assigned, DALI devices in the slave DALI lines can be addressed and configured via the wDALI-2 wireless bridge that has been set up.
The wDALI-2 wireless bridge offers flexible operating modes that allow you to act as either master or slave. A master device can easily connect to multiple slaves (up to 10), allowing you to connect and control multiple DALI sub-circuits. With an impressive range of up to 300 metres in open field and 10 to 20 metres indoors, depending on the construction, this wireless bridge provides a reliable wireless Connection.
Version with DALI bus supply (art. no. 89453348-PS) supplies 20mA for up to 10 standard DALI operating devices.
